Who are we looking for:
At this stage of the game: Initially, educators of all kinds and disciplines. Good story tellers, communicators, movement intellectuals, and innovators. Both folk who are committed to the movement and folk who just want to be involved and help in any capacity, for the love of it.
As activists, we would ask.
• What are the ways we need to communicate with others and ourselves?
• How do we ask better questions, tell better stories and build better days?
• How do we meet peoples expectations and get them excited about the world?
• How do we approach technology, IT, AI, and get it working for people, expanding our capacity to think rather than limiting it?
• How do we share intergenerational thinking, for beginners and advanced, in strategy and organising?
• And importantly, how do we make it fun and engaging so folk want to do it?
There are lots of different intelligences. We need them all in order to learn and teach how to communicate with the world and others. Make films, statements, interviews, news, updates, understand tech, and how to use it.
There is so much happening in the city and so much potential, but again so much dischord, anger, frustration and lack of vision or strategy. A lack of aspiration in, and connection to, the communities that are cut off. That is who we will be hoping to reach.
